The House

Theirs, as our own

Antonio Marqués began the twentieth century selling door to door and ended it at the head of an estate built plot by plot. He bought land when Spain still measured it in fanegas and celemines, and learned the trade the only way it is learned: by walking it.

Then came the cities. He grew with them.

Three generations later, that estate remains in the family and keeps growing. We manage it. And alongside it, that of a small number of families who have entrusted us with theirs.

We do not separate the two. We apply the same judgement, the same horizon —decades, not quarters— and the same discretion, because in this house both portfolios are decided at the same table.

Since the early twentieth century. Three generations. Our own patrimony and that of others.
